Goal
To reach qualified prospects who have not interacted with their brand before and who are looking to service their vehicles.
Campaign Strategy
- Polygonned competitor dealerships, and auto service centres in the 8 dealerships’ trade areas (cities).
- Looked at data from the last 12-24 months to identify car owners and deliver a relevant message to encourage them to switch over to the client’s dealerships for servicing.
Valued Outcomes
- Drove 890 users to the website,
- 99.8% were new users
- 120 visitors where physically seen in the service store after seeing an ad
- Of all the Device IDs seen at one location, 60% were shown an ad
